Since I was having problems in posting I could post this as a comment only at that time. Could not edit it also in spite of inchi's request. Now , since that problem has been overcome - the post is edited.

Ref. the allegation that yahoo had published materials from the blogs without blogger's consent or knowledge

A firm like yahoo should have at least expressed regret to the author once it was known to them, just to keep their dignity

തങ്ങള്‍ ലൈസന്‍സില്ലാത്ത സോഫ്റ്റ്‌ വെയര്‍ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതു കൊണ്ട്‌ യാഹൂ ചെയ്തതിനെതിരെ പ്രതികരിക്കുന്നില്ല എന്ന വാദം കണ്ടു,

ഒരാള്‍ ചെയ്യുന്ന തെറ്റു മറ്റൊരാള്‍ക്ക്‌ തെറ്റു ചെയ്യാനുള്ള ലൈസന്‍സല്ല, യാഹൂ വിനെ പോലെ ഉള്ള ഒരു
സ്ഥാപനം ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരിക്കലും ചെയ്യാന്‍ പാടില്ലായിരുന്നു, അവര്‍ കുറഞ്ഞ പക്ഷം ഒരു ക്ഷമാപനം നടത്തി ത്നഗളുടെ മാന്യത നിലനിര്‍തേണ്ടതായിരുന്നു.
